Indications: An antihistamine used for the symptomatic relief of hypersensitivity reaction, for the control of nausea, vomiting and vertigo.

Codeine phosphate is a drug used to suppress coughs and relieve moderate to severe chronic pain when general pain relievers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen cannot relieve the symptoms. Codeine is in the group of opioids ( Opioids /Narcotics) that work to reduce pain by binding to opioid receptors in the central nervous system, which is the brain and spinal cord. It is often used in combination with paracetamol or other pain relievers to increase the effectiveness of pain relief. Patients may feel drowsy or breathe more slowly due to the effects of the drug if they take too much.

romethazine is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, which the body makes during an allergic reaction. It also has other effects on the body.For example, it has antiemetic, sedative and pain-relieving properties, which may occur due to the drug acting on other chemicals, such as Acetylcholine, and by acting directly on certain parts of the brain.
