      Indication

      • CALTOUX® Syrup is used for Symptomatic relief of dry cough.

      Direction

      • CALTOUX Adult syrup of 0.133%: Adult and child from 15 years old: 10 to 20 ml every 4 to 6 hours if needed. The maximum daily dose is 120 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide.

      Side effects

      • Constipation, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, skin allergy.
      • Pregnancy: This drug can be prescribed during the pregnancy for a prompt use only if necessary.
      • Breast-feeding: Contraindicated.
